***Goods must be carefully removed from the packaging as I will not accept liability for any damage incurred to the artwork during unpacking. No returns will be accepted if the artwork is not in its original condition, unless the item was damaged during shipping (see instructions for PRODUCTS DAMAGED DURING SHIPPING). I reserve the right to refuse issuing a refund or replacement item in the event that the item is found to have suffered damage after delivery or has been misused.***

It is my sincere hope you are very happy with the item(s) you purchased. However, if for whatever reason you are not, please me via email before attempting to return your purchase. At that time, I will provide you with a return authorization number and a return address.




PLEASE NOTE: ***Only artwork returned in its original unused and/or undamaged form are eligible for a refund following the terms of this policy. All sale item purchases are final.***

Please read the following information carefully and follow these RETURN GUIDELINES

  1. Email me within 14 days of receiving the artwork to inform me of your intent to return the product and include the following information: pictures of the undamaged packaging and product, as well as your phone number to help expedite your request. I will give you a return address at that time. 
  2. Once I have acknowledged your request to return the product, repackage the artwork using the original packaging materials I used or packaging materials of an equivalent quality. 
  3. Ship all returns at your expense, including packaging, within three (3) days of receiving your return authorization number. All return shipments must be insured with a value equal to the purchase price of the artwork.
  4. Provide me with a tracking number, via email, once the product has been shipped.

After I receive the undamaged artwork, I will issue a refund using the same payment method you used to make your purchase. The refund will be made within 30 days of me receiving the undamaged returned goods.



I take the utmost care in packaging my artwork, and only use reliable, professional carriers. Nevertheless, please examine goods on arrival to make sure no damage occurred during the shipping process. If a product is damaged, email me within 24 hours of receiving the damaged product and include the following information: pictures of the damaged packaging and product, as well as your phone number to help expedite a resolution.

Once I have received your return, I will refund the full purchase price of any artwork which is delivered in a damaged condition (other than damage caused by a failure to follow instructions or misuse). Alternatively, you can choose to replace the artwork with another piece of the same value at no additional cost to you (subject to stock availability).





No original artwork or print purchases can be used for reproduction or promotional purposes unless otherwise authorized by Gabrielle Anna Cormier Art LLC.


All products will generally ship within 5 days of your purchase unless otherwise communicated. Shipping and handling is included for all art store purchases being sent within the contiguous United States and all provinces in Canada only. For all other areas or countries, please contact me and I will be happy to do some research for you regarding shipping costs for your specific region. Shipping and handling costs on commissioned artwork is subject to being assessed and discussed at the time of contracting the project and will be included in the final price quoted.

I reserve the right to change this policy or my pricing if it is determined to be unviable in terms of my operating costs.



Your personal information will not be sold to any third parties and will only be used for the purposes of communicating with you regarding purchases, inquiries you have initiated, or subscriptions you have agreed to.
