Phoenix Rising
I was working on a background for this painting and a bird seemed to be emerging from the painting as it was blending on my paper. So I went with it and created my version of a phoenix rising to its glory. It was painted on cold pressed watercolor paper using watercolors and mixed media. It measures 5.5 x 8.5 inches and comes in an 8 x 10 mat. *** Please note that I am not a professional framer. At this point, the mat is to help with shipping and presentation more so than anything else. But, I do hope that this little courtesy I’m offering (for the time being) will make it easier to frame. (I used the ArtStage app to stage my artwork in rooms. The artwork is not sold with a frame.)
